Silverdale, WA 12% alc. (Purchased on 4/23/14)
Brilliant pale, rosey almost peachy pink. Very fragrant floral and fruity nose of underripe strawberries, raspberries and rose petals. In the mouth, it’s showing plenty of sweet/tart flavors of strawberry, watermelon, peach, lemon and subtle spice. Perfect balance of “sweet” fruit and racy acidity; almost completely dry. Quite tasty. Served slightly chilled, it’ll be the perfect quaffer for the warmer weather we’re supposed to be getting this week here in the Seattle area. Normal retail seems to be in the $10-$12 range.
